I found the hotel to be a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering heavenly beds to sleep on. However, they were plagued by a constant feeling of dampness and humidity, even the blankets felt damp. The musty smell and old carpeting in the hallways and rooms gave it a dated vibe. The service was outstanding, with the staff going the extra mile to assist, even fixing our own mistakes with ease and pride. The location was decent, especially for catching a Reds game, but lacking in certain amenities like changing rooms at the fitness area. The dining experience was okay, with the pricing of around $17 per person, although the quality could have been improved. The hotel itself is a nice option in the CVG area, albeit with an evident need for some renovations and upgrades.

As a Hilton Honors member, I enjoyed the attractive price of the rooms even though they were quite far away from everything. The rooms were large but set at 62 degrees, making it a bit chilly. The TV was small, better suited for a cell phone, but the slow internet made streaming difficult.

Being a Hilton Honors member, the hotel offered an appealing price; however, the rooms seemed musty with old carpeting. The staff, especially Harrison at the front desk, was cheerful and helpful, assisting me with arrangements to leave my car parked during my vacation. The location, just five minutes from the airport, couldn't be better but the cleanliness of air filters and cables was disappointing. Dining at $18.50 per person was not complimentary compared to other hotels. Overall, a convenient option near the airport with some room for improvement.
